Here you can find the terms and conditions for Florence Literary Society Publishing Day 2025.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Maximum 60 attendees total.

Signing up before September 7 guarantees at least one, 10-minute, one-on-one meeting with a panel member: appointments will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. Upon registration, it will be possible to rank your preferences. Important: If you sign up after September 7th we will do what we can to assign you a one-on-one session but cannot guarantee it will be possible.

Some panel members may read submitted material (type of material and word counts will be specified as soon as possible), while others will go over material during the one-on-one meeting. This information and deadlines, if applicable, will be communicated to participants with advance notice.

During the coffee break, lunch break and aperitivo hour there will be options that are vegetarian, gluten free and alcohol free.

Publishing day events in 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 were sold out so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Cancellation policy: In the event of participant cancellation prior to September 1, 75% refund; September 1-30, 50% refund; after October 1 no refunds will be possible, however, the name of a participant can be changed. In this case, please communicate the change at least 2 days prior to the event.

The organizers reserve the right to make modifications to the program in the case of events beyond their control.
